‘OASES is a Registered Charity (no. 1041301). During the course of this contract’s delivery we will have a legitimate interest in collecting and storing your personal data within the OASES office and on our cloud-based IT system. Upon the projects cessation we will only hold onto your data if there is a legal obligation to do so. For accredited courses your information will be kept for four years. We will not give your data to anyone other than NOCN for accredited courses and car registrations to Forestry England for free parking at Hamsterley Forest (Hamsterley Forest Courses only). If you do not feel that we have handled your data appropriately you have the right to complain to the Information Commissioners Office.’

A full refund will be given for cancellations made up to a month of the start date (minus an admin fee). Cancellations made up to 7 days before will receive a 50% refund. Within 7 days of the start date the fee is non-refundable.
