School Grounds Fieldwork

Take your class outdoors and carry out fieldwork on your own school grounds, while following the scientific method.

We can provide bespoke sessions on your own grounds carry out fieldwork sessions about a range of topics including biodiversity surveys and decision making exercises.

The session can delivered as half day or full day sessions, following the scientific method from forming a hypothesis to drawing conclusions. Our sessions follow the national curriculum for Maths, Science and Geography.

Upon the project’s cessation will only hold onto your data if there is a legal obligation to do so. We will not give your data to anyone other than Forestry England. If you do not feel that we have handled your data appropriately you have the right to complain to the Information Commissioners Office.’ Cancellations made up to 7 days before will receive a 50% refund. Within 7 days of the start date the fee is non-refundable.
